New projects in Boulder and along the U.S. 36 Corridor
New projects are everywhere in the fast growing northwest corner of the Denver area. The Interlocken Business Park is the new hub of activity. But, Boulder has seen a number of new projects in recent years, as well as Westminster.

390 Interlocken
Location: 390 Interlocken
Height: 165 feet
Floors: 10
Completion Date: 2002
Project Details: This tower will be one of the two tallest buildings in the Interlocken Business Park. Its 10 story twin, 380 Interlocken, was completed in the summer of 2000.
Heritage Place
Location: Interlocken Blvd.
Height: Up to 158 feet
Floors: Up to 13
Completion Date: 2003/2004
Project Details: This 4 building complex in Broomfield will be the new home of Heritage Bank. The project will include office, retail, and residential space. The first phase (bottom) will include 75 residential units in a 13 story building, 26,000 square feet of retail and 10,000 square feet of office space.
Westminster Promenade Office Building
Location: 104th Ave.
Height: 105 feet

Completion Date: 2003
Project Details: This addition to the Westminster Promenade development will provide a new component to the project, which currently includes a Westin Hotel, a 24 screen AMC theater, an ice rink, and several restaurants.
Circle Pointe Corporate Center
Location: Westminster Blvd.
Height: Up to 110 feet

Completion Date: 2002-2005
Project Details: The business park is being developed directly north of the Westminster Promenade project. A 4 story building has already been completed, as has a 5 story (center). Construction of the 6 story Building 3 (bottom) is currently underway. Ultimately 7 buildings totaling 850,000 square feet will be part of the project.
Summit Corporate Center
Location: FlatIron Loop
Height: Up to 90 feet
Floors: Up to 5
Completion Date: 2003/2004
Project Details: This mixed-use project will be located adjacent to the new FlatIron Crossing Mall, and will include two 5 story office buildings totaling 300,000 square feet, as well as 500 apartment units. The apartments will be the first phase of the project.
Renaissance Hotel
Location: FlatIron Loop
Height: 125 feet
Floors: 10
Completion Date: 2002
Project Details: This hotel is to be built near the Sun Microsystems campus in Interlocken.
One Boulder Plaza
Location: 13th/Walnut
Height: Up to 55 feet
Floors: Up to 4
Completion Date: 2002/2003
Project Details: This 2 block, mixed-use project is to be located at 13th and Walnut in downtown Boulder. A mix of 100,000 square feet of retail, 210,000 square feet of office and 30 condominium units will occupy the complex.
St. Julien Hotel
Location: 9th/Canyon
Height: 55 feet
Floors: 4
Completion Date: 2003
Project Details: This hotel will be constructed on one of the last under developed properties in downtown Boulder. The mixed-use project will include the hotel, a parking structure, and civic buildings.
